I bought my Chevy Traverse from here about 6 months ago. It was an awesome car buying experience! They made the whole thing very easy for and gave me exactly what I wanted. I have talked with pretty much all the salesmen and two of the managers and have zero complaints they are all very friendly and are willing to do everything they can to keep their customers satisfied with the business. I would recommend Herb Easley to everyone I know looking to buy a vehicle!
The people who work here are pretty great.. The photographer is a pretty cool chick also (: anyone who is looking to buy a car New or used definitely hit these people up.. Not everyone has good experiences when dealing with places like this but, you can't always judge something or someone by someone else's words and experiences.... Ask questions and tell them what you're looking for.. They will definitely get you set up in something perfect for you!!
Great Service from Sales Dept and Service. Great people
There are many places that a person can work within the car business. Herb Easley has been the best. Russell Wetzel helped me get back into the business and has kept me working in new cars while transitioning back into sales after the oil bust. After being in the business for several years before, I have found that the managers here will do everything they can to help customers get into the vehicle of there dreams. Come in and see me and I will do all I can to help you with your wants and needs.
Came into the dealership to get a flat tire repaired before a long trip, just to wake up the next morning to find it was flat. From the purchase in August til now, it seems like the customer service is lacking. From detailing, an empty tank of fuel, license plate bracket, and the finance department, this dealership has lost my business. Extremely disappointed customer!!! No referrals here!!
