Rant. If I can give anyone advice on where not to get any service work done, my advice is to never take your vehicle to Herb Easley. They are extremely careless in the service department for this is the second time I've had an issue. The first issue I ever had was they left the cap to my radiator off. Then issue today, they left the oil cap off, I now have oil in every crevice underneath my hood and no oil in my car, luckily I made it back home okay, and that's when I realized it. I recently got into a car wreck so I took my car into herb easily for the repairs.. big mistake. Everything was fine at first I got a loaner car so they could make repairs to my car. The next morning Misty Delgado called at 8 am waking me and my daughter saying that we had to take the car back.. so when I get there she asked me a question and as I was answering she started talking over me and yelling and screaming at me (with my 8 month old daughter in my arms). This company did a repair on a part that is known to cause issues. The part in question broke into pieces causing our transmission/ water pump& torch converter to all go out. Costing close to 4,400$ in damage. The faulty part is what caused this we have proof from the service bullitian We received from the National transportation and safety board.
