I really appreciate Vicky's customer service in the maintenance department at VW. People like her really don't get enough recognition for the things they do. Though the day didn't go the way I wanted or expected it to, she tried her heart out to keep me happy. I knocked off a star for the dealership not having a rental service/loaner program for when your car is being worked on. To me, that is a huge issue that the management needs to address. Thanks again to Vicky though.
I recently purchased a truck from herb easly and I really enjoy having Mike Fairchild as a sells man. He was great all thru the process. I never felt pushed to do somthing I didn't want. Got me the best deal he could in the truck I wanted. Made sure everything thing extra I wanted done was taken care of. And seemed to always have plenty of time for me.. Even after I signed.
