I can't say enough good things about Herb Connolly Chevrolet. Anytime I've had a question or concern about my car I don't hesitate to call or stop in to speak to someone in the service area. They have always been very pleasant and helpful and willing to listen to my concerns. Sometimes It's just a matter of scheduling a quick service appointment as they explain what needs to be serviced. I highly recommend Herb Connolly Chevrolet to anyone if they are looking to purchase a car or need service on an existing car.
Working with this dealership was like getting teeth pulled without Novocain, getting the car sold was simple and easy but picking the car up was not simple at all. I made the purchase in November and went to get it inspected to find out they sold me a car that's not currently street legal, reverse lights are out yet the bulbs are good as well as the fuses. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from herb Connolly Chevrolet, thank goodness for a factory warranty.
I personally had a great experience buying my car from Claudio Soares, he was amazing! I wish that their were more sales people like him, I do see a few negative Nancy's on here bitching and moaning, but honestly those people just love to complain. Check everything out people! Ask for the carfax, also this company is always busy, they can not guarantee you a car over the phone! I had a great experience, and I would recommend this company!
Was great to get our new truck with them. Everything went as suppose to be and we got our truck we dreamed of.
Thank you for wasting 1.5 hours of my time. Beware of this place people. I received a GUARANTEED quote from them online. JUST TO GET ME DOWN HERE, from there they offered me $5,000.00 less then what was "GUARANTEED". What a joke this place is, when I take this money to go a new Chevy, this place def. Won't be on the list of dealers I go too.

Struck a deal with them for a mustang they agreed to take my trade in and i needed to add 3000 down which was fair 4 days later they tell me i need 6000 down. Complete bullshit
