Stay away. They told me it would take about 1 week to repair my car. Took almost 1 month. Told me my tires had low traction and wouldn't pass my inspection - tires are 1.5 years old and inspection was passed no problem at the gas station down the street where they told me that whoever told me my tires weren't good was trying to rip me off. Then I get home and realize they didn't put my roof rack back on my car so I had to go back and get my roof rack back. They went over and above for us and gave us what we want...first time EVER with a car dealership...special mention to Lou Bove
This dealer does not stand by it's product. They do not honor repairs. Just like most dealerships, once they get the sale they wash their hands of you. Poor customer service
I purchased my 2010 Chevy Equinox from this Dealership. I got a fair price when I bought the Equinox. I have always serviced it here as well. My Service Tech is Jay Martin, and has always been outstanding to work with. The Service Manager, Justin Brown is a real credit to this Dealership, he always has time to discuss any issues as well. I highly recommend this Dealership, as they make you feel like family.
The best thing I can say is that there were two times When I Brought my car and they had to keep it. The best of that is that they gave me loner which made my life stay on schedule. And John is awesome in service. Thank you
