Had a very positive experience buying a car here. Our Sales Consultant (Paul Santoro) was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, we found out after purchasing the car that it had a slow leak in one of the tires. I called the dealership and spoke with the Used Car Manager (Carter Hastings) about this issue. He was extremely understanding and helpful in getting this issue fixed ASAP. I would definitely recommend Herb Connolly Chevrolet (and have).
Absolutely the worst Chevy dealership I've ever been to horrible customer service and lack of communication I would expect much more coming from a dealership....... I would not recommend this dealership for any Chevy owner
I had the worst car buying experience with this dealership. I made an appointment to test drive a car which apparently they had already sold but failed to tell me. They were trying to get me into the dealership and sell me a different car that I did not want. They wasted hours of my time and I will never do business with this deceiving dealership.
1. Prices are more than double from what you can get elsewhere 2. they don't return calls 3. appointments are useless - you will end up waiting a long time in any case. 4. My car had an issue that was caused by the dealership but instead of trying to fix it on the spot when brought to their intention was asked to schedule another appointment.
