Please reconsider using another dealership other than Herb Connolly Chevrolet. The Bait and Switch Tactics of offering prices online and offering different prices in person is absurd. Never have I been so disgusted in my life. Was hoping to make a switch to the Chevy family, but not today.
False advertising on online prices. Expect to find the cars are thousands more when you actually go to the dealership. Deceptive and shady! Go elsewhere; Quirk or MacMulkin are upfront
I want to start off why my title is Baby Blue.....I'm referring to my 2017 Chevy Cruz. I just love it. Herb Connolly was a pleasure to do Business with. My salesman was Rodrigo Peralta He never tried to upsell me on anything. He showed me a car I could afford and steered me away from what was too expensive for me. I also would like to thank Rodrigo Roa for working so hard on my deal. I appreciate all the help. I would recommend Herb Connolly Chevrolet .Well off on an Adventure with baby blue.
If there was a half star I wouldnt put it. Run away from this herb and connolly chevrolet framingham. There staff is horrible and managers worse. They sold me an awful car with lots of problems. I went and traded It in for another car and also with lots of problems. They said an inspection was made, But somehow didnt put the sticker on it. I got a citation for that. I was helped by Paul, who was very helpful in me buying my 2014 chevy Silverado. Brian and Doug also played an integral role in making sure they put me in a truck that was great for me. It was a wonderful experience and great atmosphere.
Recently, I bought a car with this dealer. It was excellent service and good prices, especially the sales representative, Rodrigo Peralta F. All dealers should have people like him! He was very professional and helpful. I would definitely buy again from this dealer.
