I have had my GMC Arcadia serviced at Herb Connolly for the last ten years. John has always taken care of me very well. I trust that he will tell what I need and just as important - what I don't need! Excellent overall.
Service Dept is trash!!!! Never once have I had a good experience here and this time is the last straw. Scheduled an oil change for 11am at 1220 ask how much longer it will be, they said it’s almost done. Take a walk around the building to watch them just pull my truck in to start it. This is beyond unacceptable but sadly I’m not surprised with the history of terrible service Dept experiences I’ve had here. ��
I just purchased a new car from Herb Connolly, and as always, service was great. Anthony was very easy to work with. He went above and beyond to answer my questions and helped to get me the car that I wanted and be able to stay within my budget. When I picked up the car, Anthony went through all of the features and made sure that I was comfortable using them. I appreciated his attentiveness. Best sales staff ever. The waiting room is spectacular most comfortable chairs. Free coffe and water.

I recently purchased a 2016 Chevy Silverado 3500. I request a test drive on my second visit and asked for the plow off the truck and it cleaned, neither was done. On my test drive I was told the truck has no owners manual but the salesman said I'm sure you can find one on the internet? Really? Did I mention this is a certified pre-owned with 8k miles and no manual?? I also asked for some assistance with a after market light in the front of the truck, seems no one at the dealership had a clue how you would turn that thing on?... read more
