So far bought a used car that, in the second week found a problem, brought it back and it seems that they didn’t fix anything, i will bring back the car again, hopefully they will fix this time, and the person selling the warranty lied to me, saying the warranty i purchased had coverage for tires and wheel for little extra, i look at the receipt im being charge 600 extra besides the warranty. Keep your word!!!!!! I signed the papers now do your part as a dealership and the car still under dealership warranty.
Don’t ever buy a car here! Worst salesman ever! Make you buy 2k warranty that is useless and sold me a car with bad tires that have slow leaks that they knew about and refuse to fix!! Absolute Scum! I’ve messaged the Attorney General because they’re worse than a Mob car dealer!!
Spent a small fortune on a car today at this dealership and it didn’t even come with a full tank of gas! I thought it was standard practice as all my other cars have come with full tanks. Also waited for 4 hours for them to get it registered which I could go on and on about but I won’t. And the kicker is when I finally got the keys it came with a reject sticker. Never once saw a manager. They definitely don’t care about customer service.
I purchased a. vehicle from this dealership in February and found out they sold it to me with 95% depleted from brakes. maybe they do not have to change them but this is second vehicle I bought from them .. Never again
