every way possible. they need new service advisors new diesel tech for sure. my truck has been there over a month and now is literally costing me money not having it. lack of communication, lack of respect, lack of a diesel tech that knows what he os doing, lack of good service advisors
Disgusted with the service I received from the salesman. I was told the car would be outside and ready for me when I got there. It wasnt and the salesman is the most rude prick I have ever met. ill find another Corvette but the review stays. I knew I should have just gone back to Imperial which I will do now. Just because im young and covered in tattoos doesn't mean that I don't have the money for toys. I was planning to pay in cash just like I have for the last 3 vehicles I purchased. Your loss.

I went to Herb Connolly Saturday morning with an appointment to buy a car and had my check book ready. They sent multiple txt messages saying the car would be in front of the show room and ready for us. We received multiple txt messages, email and a voice mail that morning saying the same thing. When we got there for the appt the car was no where to be seen and not on the lot. We figured there was a problem. RecommendedSix months ago, the purchase and pick up of my 2019 Bolt worked fine. But sending me a coupon for a 6 month oil change? What oil? I know the mailing was mass marketing. But this really makes Chevrolet look silly
They misquote the price ofthe maintenance work that they are going to do. Just had maintenance work done the guy said $59 quote. I repeated it 3 times back to him and he said yes. After the work was done it was #359.00. really.
