I've started seeing Lynda 6 months post partum after developing sciatica during my pregnancy that didn't shift. After just one session my back felt the best it had since before pregnancy, cannot recommend highly enough. She is friendly, clearly knowledgeable and very open & honest when recommending treatment.
I have been a client at HER Therapies for over three years and through many appointments have tried several of the treatments including no hands massage - my favourite, lymphatic massage, acupuncture, cupping. The results are always amazing dealing with whatever situation I come in with. The ambience of the room, the professionalism and skill on offer are truly what make this place so great.
