Called to schedule a call because we had no heating or hot water and straight away Mr Henson came out and got us going for the time being even though our boiler is very old and needs replacing which we will be having Henson’s do because they are so caring and reliable. 5* business UPDATE We have now had our oil boiler fitted, Niel is such a professional and knowledgeable man, always on time We will now be using Hensons for our annual service

I cant begin to tell you how happy I am that I was recommended Niel Henson . He has gone above and beyond for me on 2 separate occasions. Quick response, friendly a, professional and very fair pricing. Coming round to even at the end of the working day to help. Ive never had such a good experience with any other tradesman/ company. I cannot reccomend him enough. I dont usually make reviews but i just had to on this occasion.

We used Henson to fit a new oil storage tank, quick friendly service. Arrived when they said they would, and kept us up to date from quotation to installation, great service.

I was very lucky to find Henson oil boilers when my oil tank cracked. Kellie managed to book me in despite Niel's already schedule, and Niel went through all the details with me. My tank was so old that a replacement would also mean a new base in a different position. When the day came, Niel and Andy arrived on time during ridiculously hot weather and I think I complained about the weather more than they did!
