What an honest gentleman Ash, after full service I have been told to change my front Brake Discs and Brake Pads. My work colleague recommended me Henry’s Autos so I gave it a try. And I will never go somewhere else. Had a very welcoming experience and Ash just said give me 30 min I will have a look, they might not even need changing. And Voila Brake Discs and Brake Pads apparently has lots of live left and doesn’t need changing. The quote was half of the price I was given where I had the service done. So due to having to do tens of thousands of miles a year and being an idiot, I see Ash and his team more often than most. If I have something that isn't essential they'll take a quick look and sort a date. If I might lose a single day's work they will always do their best to get a fix done that day so I'm not out of pocket. As a self employed worker they have saved me so much money that would have been otherwise lost. I've been towed there, had the car fixed that morning and been able to get to the job. My new go to garage! Massive shout out to Ash ✨ - More than reasonable prices - Fast service - Transparent!! I went to 5 different garages to get quotes and either they were: - quoting 3-4 times the amount for a simple job - unclear quotes saying it'll depend blabla Anyway, with Henry's Autos: - I got quoted a price, the job was simpler than expected, so got the final price was lowered at the end... most garages would just charge you whatever they said in the first place! - Help with getting the part myself to make it easier... read more
