I went in today so confused about my camera and looking for a lens but not knowing which to pick and how they work. A gentleman named Peter helped me a lot and explained things in details and I purchased the right lens. Amazing guy

Went to this store today and nobody assisted me with what I need despite they don’t have anyone assisting to. Went to the front desk and she told me it’s the sales agents who can assist me with what I was looking for. Idk if because I was on my workout clothes and looks like I won’t be purchasing something. First time going to this store because of good reviews but won’t be coming back again. Very disappointed.

I recently bought a lens from Harry’s Camera and had a great experience. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with my questions. They didn’t try to upsell me or push anything unnecessary — just honest advice and great service. Highly recommend this store if you’re looking for photography equipment in Toronto. It’s a small business that clearly cares about its customers.
