I have used HenryWard twice now to rent out my property and both times it has been a great service. I live 4 hours away so engaging could have been an issue but Gavin was brilliant at being flexible and doing whatever was required to get the property rented quickly and to great tenants. Gavin was brilliant from the start of the process right the way through to us moving in. We had lots of questions that he was able to answer and made us feel very welcome with a down to earth, humorous and bubbly personality. He's quick to reply whether it be by email, sms or phone and just tells it like it is which is exactly what you want to hear. Highly recommend! We decided to let our property through Henry Ward after finding them competitive with commission fees from the other agents in the area. We dealt with Gavin who gave a very professional & friendly service throughout. He found us the perfect tenants and everybody happy all round. Even now they are Hybrid working, still have provided a great service.
