I had surgery on my foot yesterday morning and had to be at the hospital at 5:30 in the morning! I have severe anxiety and was extremely nervous because I'm 19 and this was my first surgery! Right as we walked in we were greeted with a smile! That automatically made my anxiety drop! When I went back to be prepared and get my iv and such, the nurses were so extremely friendly and had positive attitudes! The nurses and the PCT that took care of me was really awesome.
Everyone was very attentive and professional. If you have to be in the hospital this is the place to be.
The service was horrible the intake lady was rude I was in the er waiting area for over 3hours I left and when to Beaumont where I was seen with in 30 mins and the staff was friendly
