This is a terribly short staffed hospital. They told me that they were admitting me at 7:30 and it is 8 hours later I’m still in the emergency room. This is not the hospital it used to be. I think I would have gotten better care at a veterinarian. I will update this again later
Getting worse everytime..understand being backed up but 5hr E.R. wait...even regular doctor visits takes 2hrs just for doctor to make it to the room. Had 3 kids here and will be looking elsewhere from now on.
I recently had surgery at the hospital. I was admitted again for a problem not related to the surgery. I can only say the recent stays at the hospital were nothing short of amazing (excluding of course having to go through a surgery). I think a lot of people focus on the work the surgeon/ doctors perform. Thankful for the Initial person who understood the urgency of my uncle's need to be seen right away. The ER was standing room only. Especially during Flu season, the ER is the last place I want to be but it was necessary. They promptly did lab work and other tests. CT scan took a long time, but the delay was communicated to us. Kristin was his first ER nurse. She was Amazing! Attentive and initiating treatment. The Respiratory therapist,Coleen was professional and friendly. Then the waiting game....
