No compassion from higher management. My father was in ICU for 5 days and we were denied visitation due to COVID. But now that he is dying they are allowing one person. The executive order said on March 14 “will allow visitors in certain special circumstances” Other hospital systems in the area are allowing 3-4 visitors for end of life. For a hospital who “take pride in ministering to the needs of the whole person - body, mind and spirit” They failed my father and family.
The security in the emergency department are always rude. Like very RUDE

DO NOT GO HERE!!! How do you ask patients about their care and what they need while there doped up on morphine and other drugs etc? How do you force certain medication on cancer patients when the patient and the patients family deliberately said no to that kind of medication? How are nurses more concerned about new medical beds than THE PATIENT?? This hospital is ABSOLUTE trash!! Communication is horrible, NO compassion, Terrible care. DO NOT GO THERE!!
