They need to understand PAIN MANAGEMENT better. Work with patients, instead of assuming everyone is just trying to get dope.... A LOT OF US ARE IN SERIOUS CHRONIC PAIN !!!!
I spent the day at Providence yesterday having a surgical procedure done the pre-op staff the receptionist the post-op staff surgical staff were amazing people they made me feel like I was the only patient they had to deal with even though they were extremely busy all my questions were answered they made me feel so relaxed and at ease explain things in a way I could understand I would highly recommend my friends and family see a st. John's Providence Dr
Glynis Sylvia had her surgery. Everything went well. When we asked for ice packs and more pain medicine to make her more comfortable they did everything they could to help her.
