The receptionist in the MRI area was very pleasant. I just hate waiting. They took longer than I expected with my child but it was because he couldn't keep still.
Staff was attentive, took care of the patient, food was terrible, should have more then cafeteria and vending machines!
I was so impressed with this hospital that I called back home to Atlanta and told my pastor and friends. The staff is excellent and what really blew my mind was the Prayer over the intercom. That just took me away. To know that God is first and that He is Almighty God and people still acknowledge Him for who He is. Love it!!!!
The wait time was short, the Staff were very professional and caring.

I received the worst care yesterday that I've had in quite some time now to be fair I've had great experience at Providence before after all my primary and specialist are there but i went to the er and the doctor i saw was a person i had made a complaint against a few years ago and im certain he remembers me as well i had severe pain and he didn't offer me any help at all it was a wasted trip i could have just stayed at home but when my pain level is so great i only believed it was right to go to the hospital i have a great ... read more
