been waiting since the 1st of february for a rx pre-authorization . . . today is the 10th (and i have been calling every day to both insurance company and henry ford-columbus) . . . optumrx (my plan) says no pre-authorization has yet been received . . . nurse says pre-authorization has been sent to insurance . . . again insurance says nothing received . . . i sent number for dr. office to call direct to get authorization by phone . . . insurance says no phone authorizations have been done and no calls received . . . been out... read more
Still trying to understand how a routine procedure Monday morning could leave me coughing, voiceless, in pain and out over $100 in prescriptions and off work all week. They say it was a fluke. Had nothing to do with actual procedure. A fluke!!! SMDH. Just became a patient. After this looking to change.
First time there. All was very good. Very nice and helpful staff. :)
I had problems with my left knee, and visited the Sports Medicine clinic at Columbus. All of the docs and staff were very friendly, prompt and efficient. My treatment lasted for about a year and my knee is fine now. I highly recommend this facility and its docs. They are great, highly caring and excellent at what they do!
I like the Doctors but so far from where I live takes me 45 min to get here ugh
All of my doctors are awesome... nurses are very caring. Henry Ford is the only hospital I trust.
