Been here over an hour with my 7 year old son. We were put in a (dirty)room and haven’t seen a soul since. There are literally someone’s fake acrylic nails on the floor!
The staff is great. Yesterday my grandson was there and had his tonsils removed and u can not say enough about how wonderful the staff was. They made everything so exciting and fun that he didn't even have time to get scared. Thank you all for taking great great care of my grandson. Could not have asked for a better staff. Continue to be the loving, caring gracious human beings you are.
I had total knee replacement on 5/23/18, and I have to say, HCMC was awesome. The nursing staff was fantastic!! The physical therapist dept. was fantastic!! Everybody was fantastic!! Dr. Cutright and his team were Fantastic!! HCMC made you feel at home, the whole experience was very pleasing. I honestly do not have a bad thing to say...well except for the bed!! Not mine at the house!! Lol. Thank you HCMC!!
Had a emergency appendectomy and the day nurses and doctors all made sure I was comfortable and ok. The night shift not so much desk lady not so much. Ended up taking my IV for a walk to the desk are to find my nurse , who had no clue I had called twice.
My Father just had a surgery here Wednesday morning. He said he didn’t have anyone take care of him that he didn’t like. Everyone was so nice and helpful!! This was the cleanest hospital I’ve ever been in. Everything was very orderly and neat! Thank you!!
Friendly and helpful staff that made an otherwise abysmal experience quite tolerable and even pleasant.
