Recommendedthe 2nd floor nurses were awesome specially carol ann on the day shift very friendly and very helpful while i was in the hospital from the 25th - 28th
I came in this er at 8pm and it's 11pm and I have yet to see a doc or have any test can't even stand up straight I am in so much pain and haven't seen anyone other than the nurse my son went an got to help me to the bathroom this place is a joke
My Sister is Christine Jenkins she has been in HCMC many times ,the staff have always been wonderful to her, and also Plumley rehab very nice, I highly recommend them.♥️
My dad came in after fracturing his leg and was treated awesome by amazing staff all the way from ER admissions to surgery to 3rd floor. thanks to everyone for your great care.
I’m sitting here with my mother going on 2 hours . She has a kidney stone and the staff and doctors suck !!! Wtf ? Is this what our medical in America has come too? Or is it just in this small redneck ass town? I’ve been listening to my mother scream in pain and I’m probably going to jail tonight cause I’m gonna let loose on someone here in a second
my mom was in waiting room for 5 and half hours before being seen. was in emergency room from 9 am to 12 am then she finally got up and left after they said they be back in 20 mintues. with test results.. she waited additional 2 and half. hour's before she left . there was cockroaches in the room. this is very unprofessional and dirty place.
The hospital last night from 9 a.m. to 12 midnight the care was on professional the cleanliness with cockroaches in the room and one doctor and staff and it was packed so basically she didn't get anywhere saying that she had a urine tract infection may be caused by dizziness and light headed and low blood pressure doctor said he would be back in 20 minutes after the MRI came in never came in for 2 and 1/2 hours so my mom ended up leaving they want her to sign a waiver saying that they wouldn't do anything to sue the hospital... read more
My dad came in 9/23 with chest pains. The staff was very quick to perform necessary tests to see what was going on and very quick to get him to Saint Thomas West in Nashville where he had surgery to save his life. Thank you for being so quick and efficient. He is still with us because of your quick actions.
I cannot tell you how appreciative we are to the nurses in the Women's Center. They handled my wife's health and needs with excellent care. They are compassionate, and helpful in every way, and never talk or look at you like your inconveniencing them. I'm leaving a 5 star review because they earned it in every way. My wife had several nurses throughout the time we were here, and everyone worked toward the same goal....complete satisfaction for both her and our newborn little girl. Bravo.
