This hospital is a joke. They treated my mom like crap today. No one would listen to her or help her with her pain.

more professional employees. pure rude and refused to help when crying in pain and leg feeling paralyzed and was ordered to get test run and she refused to do so and sent me home. ER nurse practitioner Teresa Bennett......PURE RUDE and unprofessional. showed no sympathy towards my pain and problems.
they deny service to some folks like they just did me. If they don't like you, they'll just rush you through there, tell you what they think is wrong with you and tell you there's nothing they can do for you. Henry county health department is the same way. ran by a bunch of first class losers who don't know the first thing about medical services.
can't get in touch with anyone, they ignore the phone all day then they tell u they close
ER wait times and response are ridiculous. Triage response and what patient quantity they can handle at one time is severly lacking. need more ER staff and rooms to support the community.
I recently spent time with a family member on 3rd floor & he received excellent care. His nurse, Nicci Harrod, was wonderful.
Waited in the ER waiting room forever while my daughter had a deep laceration on her chin that was bleeding. Once we finally got into a room. We waited 30 mins and i finally had to go to the nurses station (all the nurses were just talking and standing around) and ask how long it was going to be before someone could finally come into my daughter’s room and close her big open laceration.
