Horrible uncomfortable experience today . No smiles or greetings when I walked in. Staff reluctantly spoke to me , and to tear their eyes away from their computers was very hard for them to help me. I wondered if someone had died.as so morbid ,obviously overworked and stressed or maybe someone had committed suicide due to the large unaffordable rent we have to pay !!??
