Great purchasing experience with Jake that I returned and purchased a second vehicle a few months later. The vehicle and service department has not been up to par. Second turbo replaced in a three year old vehicle and now they can't figure out the check engine light, going on 7 weeks in the shop.

I was told two different things about my oil change service. Apparently the first service person we spoke with wasn’t very knowledgeable about the issue. They told me 10,000 and let me make an appointment. I get there and I was informed that was wrong. I drove an hour and a half to find this out. 😡

I’ve driven an Evoque since 2013 and JLRT has always provided the best service. From oil changes to replacing a turbo, the service department always assured I was taken care of the past seven years.
