I’ve had two Jaguars, and now I’m in the market for a new car. I went in the dealership since I know what I want. It was like I was invisible. I couldn’t get anyone to assist me so I left. Definitely won’t spend my money there anymore! Higher disappointed.
The battery died in my Range Rover. I called Heidi and she was waiting for me when I arrived. I didn’t have an appointment but they got my going and gone in about an hour. Awesome service.

Best service that I've ever received from a dealership. the people here are incredibly helpful and efficient.
I had a very good experience at Jaguar Land Rover Buckhead! Josh Benton was our salesperson and he made the process seamless in addition to David the finance manager! We even went back after the purchase to get some car mats, saw Josh and he walked us to the counter personally. Customer service is VERY important to me so I’m happy to leave this review as a very happy new customer of Jaguar Buckhead.
My service rep, Amanda, helped me with an issue I had with a newly purchased CPO Range Rover from North Point the previous week before. Believe it or not there were no door clips in the passenger side door. They were not covered under warranty, but she made sure that the parts and labor were taken care of since I only owned the car for less than 2 weeks. Amanda was great.

Gotta love Paul Rasmussen at Land Rover. These guys really are professional at handling clients. I might not be Mutombo ( hes always there when I am ) but they treat me the same way !
