I originally gave this 5 stars however since I purchased the car 29 Jul, 3 weeks later my AC stopped working because of a hole in the compressor and all of the maintenance that should have been done prior to purchase wasnt. The TV monitor cable was broke, so the monitors didnt work. I wasn't informed up front that my Cadillac that I purchased needed $3400 dollars of work done after 3 weeks of having it. They are NOT a certified pre owned dealer...they just want your money. A customer should be treated better than that.
Outstanding service, the staff was very professional and easy to work with. I will always go to this location for my future cars. Thank You!

I've been a customer of JLR Buckhead for over 9 years purchasing two Ranger Rover Sports including the most recent purchase 6-25-2019. All of my praise goes to the entire staff but especially my service advisor, Bryson Cantrell, and Renee who always provide me a loaner when the need arise. Great experience beginning to end. Nearly every team member I saw greeted me or made sure I knew where to find coffee, etc. Rodney even made sure I got my rental car turned in on time and brought me back to the dealership to complete my purchase. They have followed up with me more than once to make sure I am happy with my purchase and to answer any questions I might have had. I'm in love with my new truck and would confidently recommend this dealership to anyone I know.
