Had some "Service Advisory" work done on my 2019 Jaguar a few days ago. It was easy to set up appt online a week ahead and reserve a loaner car. Servicing took a couple days but i didn't mind as i had a nice loaner vehicle. Upon completion of service car was clean and running well. Thanks to Advisor Pete for a job well done.

Thought we were getting a good deal... Guess not! We went in to purchase a used car off their lot. Seemed as though things were going great. They went thru car, said it was great, we took delivery of car, happy. First long drive, it comes up with an error code that requires immediate attention, DO NOT DRIVE. Brought it to our certified mechanic, came up with (SEVEN) 7 codes. $1000 later, this dealership won't warrantee, after being told if there was anything within 30 days to let them know. Bought a Range Rover Sport CPO. Within a week I had to take it back. One key fob was not working, it was not aligned properly and wipers were not replaced nor did they fill up the wiper fluid reservoir. Three weeks after that, a change brake pad sensor warning came up. When I called my sales person, he told me that was a service issue. When I called service, they said it was a sale issue and that it was not covered under warranty. Noticed a 'Low Coolant Level' warning with my LR3 on a Thursday evening. Went online and scheduled a service appointment for the following Monday (including a loaner). Got a call Monday evening from Corey with the quote for repairs plus some other 'concerns' to keep an eye on. Picked the LR3 up on Wednesday and ended up paying a little less than expected (always a good thing). There’s not a better Jaguar service center in Florida to trust your car to! When looking to purchase a new Jaguar even the GM invited me in to try and get me the best deal available! My next time there he was acting as the receptionist! A true representation of an all in dealership!
