My experience with Ft Lauderdale Jaguar was one of if not the best experience I have had in the purchase of a vehicle. My wife and I are "Car People" as such we trade cars about every two years. Kyle Thompson treated us like family and was very knowledgeable! My F-Pace is a joy to own and I am very happy with my purchase.

So I’m not one to leave reviews, good or bad, most of the time. This is different. Richia and I purchased a new Land Rover approximately 5 months ago from Bob Moore in Edmond. So after 3 months in the shop and multiple service issues we traded it in today. To keep it short, never purchase a vehicle at Bob Moore Land Rover, nor purchase a Land Rover in general. This Jaguar dealership is the most unprofessional and rude dealership I’ve ever set foot in. I bought my XJ at Jaguar of West Palm Beach and had amazing customer seprvice through and through. Here I dealt with the rudest most unprofessional service manager named Dan, spent over three hours at the dealership waiting for a tire to be changed while they argued about warranty with me. The service advisor Eric was patience, professional and didn't hesitate about going the extra mile to satisfy. I was in Houston for 4 days my car stalled and the battery light came on. Considering this was a situation that needed immediate attention. Momentum Jaguar was booked up and recommended calling Jaguar Houston Central. Houston Central squeezed me in , Eric even volunteered to get my daughter to her doctor's because we were running late, due to the car situation . Thanks Jaguar Land Rover Houston Central.
