Waiting for a loaner car was the worst yesterday. After 3hrs I was told there wasn’t anything wrong with my brand new Velar. So I guess I’ll roll with that but I know something isn’t right.

Just completed my second 12 Month Service visit for my car. The service both times was outstanding. The staff was friendly, efficient and professional. The car has also performed exceedingly well. No problems with car or staff!

Visited dealership,felt unwelcome, only greeted by gentleman in olive suit, he was closing a deal in mean no one else spoke to us or offered any assistance.... Was on the property for over 30 minutes. Left feeling some kinda way, won’t go back will look for another dealership!
