They are great. Very attentive to my time restraints, and are great at communicating problem, cost, and time of repair. I would recommend to anyone.

The service department is the worst I have ever had to deal with . Warranty work not completed and told it was, wrong parts put on car after two weeks in shop, gives me rental car says no charge only to show up as a charge on my credit card. Damage to front of car by service techs. Wrong dates and mileage on repair invoices.

This is probably the worst service department I have ever experienced. I have bought many cars from Hennessy , but the Buckhead location has to be the worst. Sales process was good and what I expected, but take your car somewhere else to get service. Over promise and then drastically under deliver.
I went in to look at a Ftype .I seen one i was thinking of getting. I talked to a salesman he gave me a quote on the car .i said out the door quote.he said yes thats the price.i went to my car and got my checkbook. Came back in and wrote a check for the purchase in full.The salesman said you cant pay cash .you have to finance it for that price.WTH.Idont need to finance it.Things went down hill from there.Long story short i left without the car.
