A very disappointing and 'odd' experience. Made a initial enquiry, as you go through the options online, it asks how you'd like to ge contacted, email, telephone or WhatsApp. Working on the railway, I requested WhatsApp, thus meaning I could pick up and put down through the day, until more free time allowed a call. Bought a car from this dealer over a year ago and had a great experience then, which makes this week all the more disappointing. I called about upgrading to a specific car I wanted, gave all my details, even went through a telephone appraisal of my current car. I was told I’d get a call back… but nothing. No call, no email, no follow-up. Completely ghosted. Bought a Tesla Model 3 Performance from them. Car was absolutely immaculate, not a mark on it and spotlessly clean. The guy that handled the sale Spencer was really helpful. They know their stuff there were a load of other Teslas being collected after mine they all.looked immaculate. I would definitely buy a car from them again.
very friendly, efficient website, Spencer helped me at start and then Arron who were both very helpful, Dave was very helpful on day and part exchange was nice and easy.
