The place is a health and safety hazard, had a family member there and they couldn’t care less about his safety, they bullied a young mother out of the workplace, the management are people who couldn’t care less about the safety off the residents and staff, the managers are leaving 5* reviews on here which is wrong and false information as they seem to do this after they get a bad review, the staff are rather rude and snarky towards other staff wouldn’t recommend this place at all keep your loved ones away from here.
Lovely home, residents looked after wonderfully, all staff happy and cheerful makes relatives feel at ease knowing a good team is looking after your family member and their happy and safe, management is amazing always keen to help with any questions or concerns
