Great service.
Today, at 09:30, I left my Mazda 2 model vehicle for them to find the fault. Around 14:15, I decided to go and check if there was any problem. After about 5 hours, he said that they have not looked at my car yet, and I cannot give any guarantee in the remaining 3 hours. I just lost a working day. What I want to say briefly is, if you have a Mazda brand vehicle, do not bring it to the Brighton branch. Even share this on your website. Otherwise, you will be a victim like me.
Sadly there’s no option for zero stars. I sent an enquiry email to which I had no response. I then phoned the following day and was greeted by a receptionist who said they’d look into my query. Instead of putting me on hold she put me back on dial where no one answered which eventually went to voicemail. Why do most large garages operate so poorly. Do you not want customers?! Will take my business elsewhere.
