Marvelous customer service with a nice, clean lot!
Please do not buy a car from here. Dealership does not care about the customer. The service department does not inspect the work to ensure it is done. Financing will rip you off, reminiscent of Hendrick Dodge down the street 2 years ago. Was a great place when my wife purchased 2 Hyundai's 5 years ago. Back then they would have gotten 5 stars. How time changes things.
Will never go there again. Lied to about service three times. Was told service was free three times took off from work. Got there was told it was free. 10 minutes later they told me it was not. There excuse were lame.
Just had my Kia and my fiancé's Chevy serviced and what a great experience. We just moved and needed to find a new dealership to get our oil changes and new filters. I had heard great things about the Hendrick's dealerships from co-workers so we decided to give them a try. I am so glad we did. We had to wait a little longer for the filter than your typical jiffy lube bc of the make of our cars not being Hyundai, but it did not bother us at all. Wish I could do zero stars, made an simple oil change appointment two days prior, showed up 15 minutes early and I still waited 2 hours. the women said well I'm sorry but because your vehicle is a Nissan we had to wait for them to send a filter over, well what's the point of making an appointment in the first place!!! For now on I might as well just cut my losses for the remaining free oil changes and do them myself, no way it takes two hours.
