RecommendedI love Hendricks the best. great staff & my needs are always meet. I trust they will take care of my car & it wont give me a headache in meantime. the location is close to me & very convenient. they gave me a rental while they fixed my car, which was wonderful.

Got a thing in the mail saying won a $ 700 gift card because I did a scratch off and matched the numbers just to show up and there be a fine print about a 2nd set of numbers that also had to match. So all I won was a scratch off lottery ticket and the whole time they were begging me to trade my car. They lie about this I'd imagine they would lie about more.
I need to know who I can contact about my latest experience with the service department which was less than one star if I could even rate that . Why did you call me in for a repair when you did not even order the part ? I took off of work to come in , wasted my time and that was just today’s experience . I will never do business with these people again.They have had my car since May.I needed a new engine with some recalls,but during this process I have been billed twice from the rental car company in error,which has cost me time and money.I got a call on yesterday that my car was finally ready.So this morning I'm on my way to return the second rental car,only to find out that the first rental car company has recharged my cc 700.00�������������This whole process has been a nightmare
This was a great dealership under Hendrick but not now that Hendrick sold it to some new company out of Georgia. It is terribly run and it sucks that they disconnected all the telephone numbers and computer systems so customers cannot get a hold of anyone to make appointments for service!
Had 5,000.00 for a down payment and they let the sale go over 800.00. Obviously they don't want to keep money local.
