Horrible experience. The sales manager wouldn't even come out of his glass cubicle to talk. The salesman I was dealing with had to run back and forth answering questions. I feel sorry for those guys if all the upper management acts like that! Fortunately my wife wanted the car and I dealt with it. I would never recommend buying a car there!!
The dealership has changed management as much as most change their underwear. First purchase smooth. 2nd has been nothing but a hustle.
It was time to change brakes on the wife's Santa Fe, but we didn't have the lug nut key. Hendrick removed them for me, and gave us 4 regular replacement lug nuts...for free! Friendly service. If anything pops up that I can't handle myself, I'll take it to them!
Anything else Unbelievable 5 star experience. Chris Pearce was phenomenal to work with. As a first time car buyer, I was very intimidated by the whole process, but he made sure I understood everything clearly. I still can't believe how great of a deal I got and could not have been more pleased with my experience. I brought my two roommates along for support and we honestly had a FUN day. Who knew car buying could be so enjoyable! Thanks so much!
I just brought my 2011 Hyundai sonata today an I love it. I got approval just under in 10 mins got my car on same day my sales person was great customer service is outstanding they welcome you as soon as you walk into know the doors.
