They lie to consumers to make that sale! They tell you how great this lifetime powertrain warranty is to get you to buy the car then when you have followed ever maintenance schedule to the letter, and something happens to the car you bought that should be covered they say we never offered that on your car! While we cover engines and transmissions all the time for people you already knew you didn’t have it. We aren’t crooks no more than we are miracle workers. RecommendedI called the Dealership this morning, I had researched Gerry Lane online for the inventory of some new Equinox . Talked to Saz, we set up time for the test drive, for 2 pm. Upon arrival, the Sales Manager came out, introduced himself and got us started. He got Saz, we took our test drive, Loved It. So, she together with Avery, did the numbers and we got Best Deal ever! Seen a truck on line. Called them and they said it was on the lot. Got there and they said it was in transit. But I could go ahead and buy it and when it came in it was mine. When I asked where it was at they could not find it. Then tried to sell me something else that I didn't want and not even close to the one I was looking at. Just a scam to get you in there not going back!
