Went in due to a recall, saw a weekly ad for oil change, wash, 17 point inspection, decided to get the oil changed while there, went back to pick up my truck no car wash, No 17 point inspection report, I had to ask for a wash and had to ask for the report, I certainly hope they changed my oil, first time there and probably last. Trust is everything.

RecommendedBrought in my 2018 Equinox for a check engine light. They found an oil leak. I had to call to check the status of my car every few days. After 8 days I pick up my car and still had to wait for it to be washed. 😩 There was no charge, it was under warranty.
