I have never posted any comments on facebook but I have to say this is the worse dealership I HAVE EVER EVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH! Please think twice about buying from this dealership HENDRICK. Thought I purchased a SUV from them and signed all the papers and they took my trade in...and then they called 4 days later to tell me that my car was in and it was delivered to me and Wow! what a surprise! Great service buying my car there in 2010, been a loyal customer since then, but service department really let me down when I discovered I was having problems with my rotors! At 55000 miles I requested a brake inspection in Which I had all brake pads replaced and rotors resurfaced . Three months later I am back because my front end shook bad when brakes applied so I had my front rotors resurfaced again then 4 months later I am back yet again , back end of my car shook when brakes applied then I needed two NEW front rotors an... read more
Sat in my car at the service center for 15 minutes and no one came to ask what I needed done! I even made eye contact with a couple people but everyone walked right by me without looking my way twice. I finally left and went to Express to get my oil changed. A little more expensive but they definitely got me in and out at a decent time. I don't think I'll be returning to Ivan for the service dept anymore.
