Worst Car Dealership in the Metro Area set one price and tried to change the price couldn't get paperwork straight after three months in position of a vehicle took a great car back because they don 't have an idea of how much it cost. They can't get financing straight incompetent and ineffective operation.
Talked with them for 2 days on a truck. The second day we drove down to the dealership to buy the truck. We signed the papers and then they came back and said they had given us the wrong payment and it would more than the original payment option. Would not recommend this dealership at all.
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. We spent 7 hours waiting to purchase a car because they were "short handed" one Saturday. Two weeks later, we get a call saying they forgot to certify the used car and that we needed to bring it in. Because we live in Tuscaloosa, that made it difficult. We were told that they would come pick up the car from us at work, certify it, then bring it back.... Never showed and have yet to return our calls after almost two months. I have called every day...
