RecommendedI was looking for my new suburban at a few dealers online. Advantage had what I wanted. Tom Keane was the best car salesman I have ever used. I only talked to 2 people Tom and Ryan the finance manager. Both made it an easy purchase.
They advertise on 3rd parties lower prices to get you in the door then up the prices "based on daily market prices" lol. They claimed the price we found on cargurus for the same car w same vin & stock # was inaccurate. They also claimed they have had it brought to their attention but it has not been fixed yet. That being said they would give the truck to us for the $1500 difference. Losing us & many other buyers. It is a shame. Terrible customer service. All lies. Beware of this dealer.
