My car buying experience at Hendrick Chevrolet was great!! A 'Good Deal' is a feeling, not a number. Those good feelings come from seeing the value in owning the vehicle, not from how cheap it is...and they gave me that great feeling. The staff was friendly, quick, and knowledgeable. They made my used car I purchased look brand new when it came to them cleaning it! All in all, I say 100% check them out. They have a HUGE variety of vehicles too...totally worth it. :)
I bought a 2014 Silverado with the agreement that the dealership would install a backup camera. When negotiating the deal, $500 was included in the price of the vehicle. They installed a $120 camera. The display is glued to my windshield. The salesperson told me they couldn't use the MyLink display for the camera even though it is a factory option and a couple of companies offer aftermarket cameras that use it. I complained when it was done and continue to complain. Now, no one will return my calls or emails. Who would think... read more
Buying a car there is wonderful. But the service department is the worst. I have never ever seen such bad service in my life..
Funny how the first positive review is actually not from a customer but from an employee of yours. He was actually my salesman. Maybe you should think about that before you have your employees post reviews acting as customers. Again you confirm that you are team of liars
