Paul was great to work with, and customer service was excellent! He's very friendly, follows up, and is willing to go out of his way to help find the car that's the best fit, rather than just trying to sell the most expensive one. I had one of the best experiences when buying a new car at Performance Acura. I had the pleasure of dealing with Paul Ritchie and he was great to work with.
