Kevin and the other members of the team at Performance Acura are outstanding. Their goal is to serve the customer. Every effort is made to make the acquisition of their product a positive experience. The care of the customer is their primary goal.
We were up for a renewal lease on our Acura and switched from a TLX to an MDX. Bill was great to work with and we were in and out quickly. You can't beat the least process with Acura as we were able to roll over our unused miles into our new lease.
Price Gouging: They charged >$400 in labor alone to install front and rear break pads (that’s after I negotiated down). The manger stated that this process requires 1 mechanic 2 hours to complete. Yep - that’s >$200/hr for break pad installation. In the event you do go with these guys, I would negotiate on service prices...given their ridiculous markup, I wouldn’t accept any list price.
I recently traded in an older Acura MDX for a 2018 MDX. I had a great experience working with Bill Crosier. He answered all of my questions and took the time to look into matters when I felt I needed more information. He is not only great at what he does, but he is genuine and down to earth. I bought a new mdx yesterday from Paul Ritchie who was great to work with. Easy and helpful - very good listener. I drove my last mdx (from performance also) for 12 years and it never let me down once, not even a flat tire so letting it go was bittersweet! Paul was part psychologist on my sale I think! Adham was great to work with too on the finance side!
Edgar is a 5 star Professional Sales person at Performance Acura. He not only gets you the best deal but takes EXTRA care of his clients AFTER the sale....any little issue... he is on top of it. I Highly Recommend Edgar!
We had an outstanding experience buying our new 2018 TLX. Paul Ritchie was very helpful, polite, and patient. We came back to see the TLX multiple times and also did a lot of other shopping around. Paul spent a lot of time with us explaining features, answering questions and helping us talk through our many decisions. He worked very hard to earn our business! We have previous experience with Performance Acura, including their service department, and would absolutely recommend giving them your business.
