When my parents 2019 MDX lost power, Acura of Omaha roadside assistance left my elderly parents waiting for more than an hour for a jump start on a cold winter night! After the ETA passed they called again and were told they were not “in the system” and would need to wait another hour!! Also they were told that they couldn’t try to jump it but could only tow it! I ended up purchasing a used 2015 TLX. Aaron was my salesman and he did a great job of getting me the car I wanted. They replaced my bumper and some scratches. However, make sure to check that all the speakers are working as they should because their 182 point inspection missed that both speakers and subwoofer in the rear deck have distortion and cause a rattling sound if played too loud.
