When my parents 2019 MDX lost power, Acura of Omaha roadside assistance left my elderly parents waiting for more than an hour for a jump start on a cold winter night! After the ETA passed they called again and were told they were not “in the system” and would need to wait another hour!! Also they were told that they couldn’t try to jump it but could only tow it! I’m furious! My parents have been loyal Acura customers for 25 years! They deserve better and Acura knows it. They deserve an apology at the very least. Do better fo... read more

Everyone was very nice and very helpful been to other car dealership and no one was there when you had questions we had a great salesman Reid he was there to answer any questions we had made buying a car a pleasure

The entire experience was great. Justine in sales and Roger in finance went above and beyond to get me into my perfect car. They both were very attentive to my needs and wants. I ended up purchasing a used 2015 TLX. Aaron was my salesman and he did a great job of getting me the car I wanted. They replaced my bumper and some scratches. However, make sure to check that all the speakers are working as they should because their 182 point inspection missed that both speakers and subwoofer in the rear deck have distortion and cause a rattling sound if played too loud.
