Currently in the market for a new car. Started test driving vehicles today and Performance Acura was our first stop. Rebekah, Will, and Brad took great care of us. I had a problem with my 2013 TL. Noticed the driver seat belt was getting wet when it rained. Took it to The Service Center, found out the Sun Roof draining system was clogged, so they fixed but the water leak keep on happening. Took it back, found out it was a pillar leak, it took a little bit of trips to the Service Center, got a new seat belt installed (old one was not smelling good) and it had rained for couple of days now and seat belt it has been dry. At the end, they provided great service and great people!! :-)
I had a problem with my 2005 TL, took it to Performance the Service Advisor detected the problem immediately, gave me the quote to repair and the car was repaired the next day with no hitches. Great service and great people!!!!!!!!
