I have purchased 3 Infinitis from Bradshaw over the past 5 years and can honestly say it has been without hesitation the easiest buying experience I ha ve ever had with a car dealer. no pressure at any time and a willingness to negotiate price. I will go back to Bradshaw in a new York minute the next time I buy.

I recently purchased a CPO MDX from Leta Acura for my wife. Reid Conner was my salesperson and he was really great to work with. He was knowledgeable on the vehicle and not pushy by any means. He did so well I purchased one on the spot. After a few days with the vehicle my wife was missing some features we’d had with prior vehicles. Alyssa did a great job for my husband and I. She kept us aware of what we would be doing as we took a test drive, worked through a trade in, details on the used Avalon we looked to purchase, and discuss various options on financing. When we first arrived to look at purchasing a vehicle everything was great. Although we love the Acura MDX, the follow up with the sales person the used car sales manager etc. is pathetic. We have been trying since September 11 when we purchased this vehicle to receive the remote for the DVD player as we were promised. We can’t get anyone to return phone calls or texts. Pretty sad! You all can do much better I would hope.
