I have been buying Acuras from Performance, now Hendrick and then having the service done. Always a great team of people who walk you through what is getting done and willing to accommodate my schedule. I trust them and their work.
First timer yesterday for oil change, Anthony was great. To have had no appoint I did stick around almost 2 hours with two cars ahead of me, however the waiting area atmosphere was pleasant, clean, quiet, was well equipped with food/drink & entertainment and went by fairly quickly.
Service has always been excellent, people are courteous and work is performed in a timely manner...highly recomended
I worked with Bill Crosier on my very early lease return, it was a bit of an unusual situation but Bill made it very easy. His contact with me was amazing, I was looking for another car and anything that checked the boxes in my list he would call me even before the car was listed on the website. I ended up finding a car at Hendrick Subaru and he put me in touch with them right away, within minutes. Highly recommend Bill
