Chanel Norman met with us on several occasions to get information and test drive a 2019 Acura RDX. Chanel was very helpful and provided us with all the details related to the RDX. She thoroughly reviewed all of the car’s options with us on pickup day including help us customize our vehicle with seat settings and syncing with our mobile phones. Chanel made the buying experience smooth and we felt that we received excellent customer service.
