We have had our RDX for 4 years. 27,688 miles on the clock. Tires were shot 2-3mm. Service Manager Lane got Michelin to prorate tires 50%. PLUS Assistant Service Manager Jim found me a coupon for half price alignment. Of course since we bought the SUV there I got free PA inspection. They loaned me a car to go home and wait for the work to be done. It only took 2 1/2 hours. Since Lane had all service records, dealing with Michelin was a breeze for him. Customer service the best food people but they listen to there mechanic Alex who sold the car to the dealership have all the problem just bought the car month ago I changed battery, brake rotors pads changed all four tires they were damaged in the middle so you can’t see it front bumper was painted and have holes in it headlights was tempered with lots of modifications mechanic Alex lied about everything passenger side on bottom all damaged no oil changed even the light came out in two days dealership said mechanic did the o... read more
The service representative Mr. Maurice was professional, knowledgeable and sincere about providing just the kind of service my car needed.He was prompt and helped ease my concerns about the car. He expedited the service and everything needed was done with the hour.
