RecommendedI went there unexpectedly for something very however if left unattended could have had serious issue for me. John Prillaman took care of me. They went over and above. This is why I have been a customer for over 18 years. Patricia, who is the Manager for Acura Service makes a point to greet the customers regardless of how busy she is.
Excellent customer service - with a smile!
The moment that they found out that we weren't spending any money in the service dept. after they called us about an airbag recall, we were ordered to bring the loaner back the same day that we got it, even tho we live an hour and a half away and had a signed agreement stating that it didnt have to be back for several days!
I have attempted to contact the service department manager several times leaving multiple messages and still have not received a call back. I did not have a good experience with the service department!

2012 Acura TL - 69,620 miles Took automobile to dealership on 11/23/18 for routine oil change. Service dept. stressed that I needed timing belt changed & pointed it out on my paperwork. Status of timing belt was noted in bright red & marked as "Fail".
